Porcelain veneers are a thin layer or restorative material used to improve that physical aesthetics of a tooth or to protect the tooth from a previously damaged spot.

Prophylaxis

Prophylaxis is the cleaning of the teeth by you, a dentist, or hygienist in order to prevent disease.

A prosthodontist is a dentist who specializes in the replacement of teeth and/or other related mouth or jaw structures by means of artificial devices.

Public health dentist

A public health dentist is concerned with the dental health of an entire community.
